Second time guest, this time there was a annoying external noise. The front persons were too impersonal. My guess is that they are going to be replaced by AI robots, or they already have? Breakfast was fine, but dining food was less appealing. Dry chicken fingers and objectionable pizza crust. Colombian warmth has to be restored, and quality in services is needed. Still, very convenient to the airport.

Buenismo me encanto mucho, especialmente que Hotel Habitel Select está ubicado solamente 5 minutos desde el aeropuerto El Dorado y el transporte de ida y regreso al Aeropuerto era gratis. El desayuno muy rico y mucho atención del gerente. Me encanto todo muy chevre y bonito y bien limpio

Staff pointed out that immigration hadn’t changed their stamp and our arrival in our passport indicated Jan 1, 2024 instead of 2025, and the hotel charged us an extra fee for this even though Expedia indicted the total included all taxes and fees. What business does hotel staff have going through our passports? Hard to reach front desk by phone but they did send someone who came and opened the window but fan and ac didn’t work. Background music from somewhere all night. BUT excellent breakfast, served early!!!

It is clear that the hotel spends money on their exterior, landscaping and transport which is great but unfortunately it seems like little investment has been placed on the interior. Although the interior wasn’t that bad, the sheets seemed either dirty, stained or badly washed .
