"Our stay was amazing. We booked a studio, which was very spacious and had a huge shower and decent sized bathroom. I didn’t realize when I booked it that it didn’t have a patio, but now we know for next time. The grounds were incredible and so well kept. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. "Clean, roomy very friendly and helpful. I did not like that there is nobody out for 10 PM to talk to you at the front desk except security. I had a little bit of an issue with little fruit fly type bugs all over the counter because the carburetter was not properly cleaned. Once I cleaned that it was perfectly fine. I will let the desk know, but they did call me at 6:30 in the morning to respond to my calls, which I was not pleased about. I’ll let them know and they were helpful and apologetic....

"The room had everything we needed: comfortable bed, microwave, coffee & brewer, mini fridge, safe. There were Adirondack chairs in the shade outside the room facing the ocean, as well as louge chairs in the front yard. Small plunge pool. Chairs out on the dock. The staff were great. Arranged a golf cart for us for a fun day at Secret Beach, taxi service to the airport, dining recommendations. They even did our laundry for free. Would highly recommend for a laid back island experience. "

"Our family stayed here and had a wonderful time. It's just as described, and Aileen, Randy, and their staff were all very friendly, hospitable, and helpful. Our 4yo especially enjoyed spending lots of time in the pool! (Incidentally, we loved being able to enjoy the rooftop space, along with 2 patios off of our condo.) The property is very clean, well taken care of, and a wonderful place to stay while you explore the island. We also felt secure and appreciated being able to rent a cart from them...

"Located above a hardware store, owners were great. An annual girls trip (4 of us) we each had our own room which included a kitchen/living area, bedroom & bathroom. We rented a golf cart from them for the duration of 10 days (which you need if you are there for any length of time.) "The grounds of the resort are amazing. The gardens and beach area were beautiful. The dive shop offered great options including fishing. The one thing that I would change, would be to add cocktails to your menu options. It seemed strange not to be able to order an acholic based cocktail at a beach resort. "

"We stayed in the 1bdrm ocean vista suite and it was lovely. 3 balconies gave us amazing sunrises and sunsets. The servers at the restaurants, around the pools, and bars were really attentive and the greeters in the lobby and lobby staff and concierge were all really helpful with suggestions of where to eat and any questions we had and booking tours. It is not right in town but we rented a golf cart ahead of time for the week that we picked up right across from the tropic air terminal straight from a 15min flight from BZE. Totally seamless and made exploring downtown San Pedro and the island so easy and fun and there is plenty of parking right across from the hotel. You won’t regret staying here and we are already planning our next trip back!"
