"Very beautiful and nice comfy property. I would give 5 stars except the parking isn't great, they only have 5 handicap parking spots for a big hotel...most of the close parking of course is valet you pay for. Need more handicap parking and move valet over the hill. Also late checkout is $25 an hour "

"Lovely stay. Everything we needed, including a waterpark and Starbucks 😉 Food was amazing!! I thought since it was a resort restaurant that the quality wouldn’t be that good however, I am happy to say I was completely wrong"

"BE AWARE that the hotel may charge you twice for resort fees. I had to speak to multiple staff members at the front desk to explain the overcharges. I had itemized receipts and still left without a refund. I called after 7-10 business days and apparently they refunded it to an unknown card. It sure wasn’t mine. The front desk also mixed my room with another guests room and the wrist bands for entry were wrong. It was frustrating."

"Great family trip! Riverside was a cute and comfortable little inn. The staff was great and we loved our room. We had a balcony which had a great view of the river. So peaceful. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I’m heartbroken for this community. So sad this little gem is gone. When they get up and running again we will definitely be back. One of my favorite towns in NC. "

"This is such a beautiful hotel! I love Margaritaville hotels. It was upscale, clean, wonderful decor & smelled nice. Rooftop deck pool. The hotel is located right in the middle of everything. You can walk to food, shopping, and attractions. It was awesome! Our room was very nice with a balcony overlooking a river. I was very impressed and definitely will be back. 5 star recommendation!"
