"Quiet and relaxing atmosphere"

"From tree tops climbing to ice skating, movie theatre to the gorgeous gardens, everything a family wants is at the property. In the middle of the blue mountains we had a fun and relaxing stay. It is a little outdated compared to a city hotel but this resort is perfect for a rural town. We throughly enjoyed our stay. "

"We did have an issue upon check in however this was rectified quickly and the young lady at reception was very help. Situated only a 5 minute easy walk to the centre of town made this accommodation very convenient. "

"We would have preferred for the floor to not be carpeted but this is just personal preference. "

"10/10 except the pillows were very average. Service was excellent and the scenery and township are beautiful. Plenty of dining options and opportunities to relax. "

"Travelled during a busy time so the dining experience wasn’t the best. Breakfast is finished by 9am so it’s better to get in early. Apart from that, loved the place and will definitely be back"

"The Carrington is walking distance from the train and close to everything in Kootomba. The hotel is historic, which means old and needs a bit of a facelift. Some of the staff was outstanding like Shelia, others were just ok. We enjoyed the adjoining restaurant with great food and live music. We even had walked around Scienic World. Overall a good stay 3 Star property that’s very well located. "

"Five people in our party stayed 2 days. The accommodations were very good for us except we could have used one more chair. The room was about what was expected and very clean."
