"Every year my cousin's fly from Atlanta, we get together and celebrate our anniversaries. Theirs is on the 20th ours is on the 21st. This year we chose philadelphia. We chose the Sheraton hotel near the airport. We were so pleased with the location. We were so pleased with the hotel. We had a nice roomy rooms. The bed was so comfortable as well as a pillows. The girls at the front desk Lorraine and Leticia were very professional. They got us checked in and they made sure we had everything we needed. They took care of the situation with our parking and made sure we knew how to scan in and scan out. We were so happy with choosing the Sheraton and we would definitely stay there again. Even Pamela and Tony in the eatery area were very polite and helpful. We could not have asked for a better hotel. Thumbs up to the sheraton. And the next time we decide to come to Philly we will definitely be staying at the Sheraton."

The updates the bar are beautiful and it was such a treat to visit during the holiday season - the hotel was so festive. Great service, as always, and walkable from our show and from lunch/dinner. Valet service was great, as well. A winner, as always! "

"Walking up to the property coming from the train was a journey but once you get the idea of how convenient the train, trolley or Uber is it makes everything go smoothly. The hotel is situated in a great spot located downtown, next to Reading Station ( a galore of places to find food ( now honestly you have to be careful cause everything is not that good- the ice cream next by the soul Food spot is AMAZING, even the soul food spot is crazy( good) lines are long though and that should tell you something ! Once we came in to the hotel of course the policy is no check ins until 3pm but the staff generously offer to hold your bags with tags on them for when you return if you decide to leave and explore Philadelphia. Check in was smooth . Rooms were cool . Nothing too crazy. But when I tell you these 4 individuals makes your stay enjoyable . Tatianna, I believe Sara. The fire bar tender Samir and the amazing Angela!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I tell you hospitality at its finest- made the stay especially amazing because she informed us of all transportation, the area, where not to go , how to get some place , the AMAZING food spots. These individuals are what made the stay even better!!"
