"We spent 8 nights at the President Hotel while we were in London. We had a wonderful time exploring, using the tube to get around to see the sights and shopping, it was very centrally located. We always felt safe and the hotel was clean and well appointed. The staff were all outstanding! The hotel was updated and clean. We’d stay here again for sure. "

"Check in was smooth and staff very friendly. This hotel is actually 2 hotels with interlinking corridors. Trying to find your room is a nightmare as the numbering system is completely random it seems. Signage on the floors is poor too. There were staff around on my floor to guide you to correct room. May be that’s the same on other floors. Room was clean but compact as was the bathroom. There wasn’t a lot of space should you wish to work and no desk chair to use at the small portable table. "We loved the close proximity to the Metro, Hop On & Off bus stops & museums. There were several restaurants nearby with a variety of menus. The rooms accommodated our basic needs, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable."

"Great value for the money. Check-in time was loosy-goosy ("sometime after 3" which was in fact not the case). Pillows were uncomfortable. But, room was a good size and clean. For the cost, would definitely recommend and would return."
