"We just came back from a 4 day break in the Mandarin celebrating me and my wife’s 20th anniversary it was truly amazing, the concierge arranged flowers for the room and decorated the beds with petals in the number 20 which we will never forget. Lovely little touches and your feel unique and special with staff welcoming in each area by name(stay a few days have them time for this not sure if this would be if just staying for one night)

"The views are utterly spectacular. The rooms are very pleasant with comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, a small sitting area and vies of Lake Como. Francesca and her mother, the owner, are charming and go over the top to make your stay enjoyable. The pool is very refreshing and has a million dollar view of the lake. The food is excellent."

"We have a great time in this hotel very nice espacius and clean close to the transportation ( train) to go to the central station the only concern is the laundry service very expensive no detergent to wash the clothes you have to go to the closer store to bye, and the area around is not too safe "
