It had the bedroom and bathroom, huge, living area and dining area, outdoor patio/kitchen, beautiful views of the bay from the bedroom and other areas of the unit. "Our flight was cancelled and we could not rebook for another two days. This was an excellent stay and a great place to be stranded. Lovely breakfast and close to the beach. I was charmed by the old hacienda feel of the building. There are only five rooms, so it felt very uncrowded. "

"This was our second visit to Aura Del Mar; the first visit was when it was named Brisas Del Mar in 2010. This property has kept all the charm that we feel in love with back in 2010 and has made some incredible additions since. The pool deck over looking the ocean was peaceful and gave you a beautiful 360• view. The landscaping is gorgeous and tended to. The onsite spa has been updated and is lovely. "This property is beautiful and conveniently located and the staff was incredible and extremely accommodating! The only reason I won’t give it five stars is due to our AC going out twice and our fire alarm low battery going off at 4 AM. For a four night stay, we had issues three of the nights. Everyone here was great but the pool staff of David, Eloy, Elvis, and Alfredo are beyond exceptional and the main reason we want to go back. "We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Casa de la Palma very much! The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We stayed in both the deluxe and regular rooms and both had everything a traveler could need. "This is a condo building not a hotel (no on site restaurant, store etc, but you can request daily housekeeping). It is located on top of a steep winding road, very quiet and private, AMAZING views of the bay. They were communicative in advance of our arrival and we could text anytime we needed something. "This property was perfect for relaxation. It is gorgeous and the presidential villa was amazing. Every room was comfortable with adequate ac and the common area was large enough for a a family. The kitchen was large and had cooler with filtered water. The unit had it's own pool but we also enjoyed the infinity pool on the grounds. The only drawback was that the restaurant on the grounds closed its doors the day we arrived and there is nothing in the area so you must go out for meals or purchase food for the apt. Zihua was interesting and we did a few excursions including the day trip to isla de Ixtapa. This place is so beautiful with the views of pool, beach and amazing sunset and the staff was awesome that we will be back. "
