"Just returned from an overnight stay at the Lucena with my partner and toddler. Arrived early and asked if we could leave our cases but we were able to check in straight away. We had room number 3 which was a double bed and bunk bed room. We had more than enough room for us all. The beds were really comfy which was definitely needed after countless walks up and down to see the illuminations and the kettle in the room was very welcomed. Hotel was in a great location and close to the attractions...

"The room we had was basic but had a ensuite To check in was a bit slow with only 2 persons on reception and it was busy. Breakfast was a buffet and was brilliant and tasty Overall a nice stay "

"Perfect for families really good indoor pool nice and shallow for kids. Stayed in family suit best family room i have ever stayed in with separated area for kids and aduts so you dont have to go to bed when the kids do lovely bathroom with large corner jacuzzi bath and shower. We will definitely be back great value "

"Had everything you need for a trip to Blackpool. Bar, restaurant, pool to yourself for hour (booking required) Lovely sea views, parking, tram stop over the road. Shopping and tower 5 minute walk. Helpful staff ☺️ "

"Location is great, walking distances to everything, the staff in the morning evening through our was friendly and helpful, nice little place to come rest your head, me and the misses enjoyed it here and would come back if ever in Blackpool again "

"The staff were very pleasant and helpful. My room was ok, it’s needing a freshing up though, more two star than four. In general good but needs freshening up. The corner flag bar and restaurant was the best part of the hotel. The breakfast was in here which was ok. I didn’t get a chance to use the spa facilities which I was hoping to. Overall too expensive for what you get. I will be trying somewhere else in January."
