"Stayed at this hotel during 26th August and 2nd September 2024 to attend my nephew's wedding. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful and they happily go the extra mile without the expectation of a tip. The hotel itself is situated next to Victory Square and other key visiting sights are walkable or a short taxi ride away. (BTW taxis are relatively cheap - can travel 5 or so miles for £3-4). I found the hotel clean with reasonably good facilities - enjoyed the free access to the outdoor...

"We really looked forward to this hotel, and were not disappointed. Very nice rooms, great staff, very simple but good breakfast. Great atmosphere and decor all around. My only gripe was that the AC unit in my room was very loud and went through cycles where it sounded at times like it was about to fall off the wall - as a result, I turned it off. "The air conditioning (AC) were not working at all, they were in a poor condition which once you switch off it does not start again. The hotel was out of hot water for the 48 hours. They said it’s a national problem. I gave my cloths for landury they have charged me 2600 for a few cloths which was not mentioned on thier description that laundry is out of pocket fee. One highlight point was the staff at the front desk and doormats was quite helpful and friendly. Overall very unorganized, Not...

"Really nice hotel, big rooms, very cheap in the low season so I can’t complain too much. However, there’s a bar next door with loud music during the night. Fortunately I had ear plugs, but I know many people dont like to use them. If you are a light sleeper I’m sure you can let them know before you get there. The staff is very nice and speaks English, specially the girl from the front desk. "
