"The apartment was clean, well appointed, comfortable and in a fantastic location with the address bonus of outside space on its roomy balcony. Only a few minutes walk from a tram stop and very close to the canal district with all of its bars and restaurants. The keys need to be collected from and dropped back off to a shop 5 minutes walk away, so that was no hassle. The owner was very responsive and incredibly helpful with all of my queries and requests. We couldn't have asked for better. "

"Very spacious and location of the apartment was excellent as it was just across the road from the Arena. The only downside was that the TV did not have a remote do was a little difficult to turn the channels."

"Chosen for my daughter’s graduation at the University Of Birmingham and for the onsite restaurant to celebrate afterwards. -Main issue is parking. I have 2 elderly parents who both have a blue badge but parking is abysmal and we struggled with that. -Only 1 lift was working which was an issue (1mobility scooter etc), so we had to wait long times to navigate floors as walking not an option. -No heating in hotel. Not a problem for us but my parents found it cold despite being given portable...

"The staff was okay and the property itself could use some upgrade with regards to the appliances. The front reception was not sticking to its posted operating hours. They closed earlier without notice. The baby cot was old and in bad condition."
