We will be back - it’s a great hotel!
Really great stay! The staff were all helpful and professional and the breakfast team were especially good accommodating one of the party who is celiac with a great breakfast of bacon and eggs cooked separately and served directly to the table. The buffet breakfast was also brilliant and with lots of choice! Really would recommend staying here.

Lighting in rooms bad, not strong enough in the bathroom for putting make-up on. A mirror and electric plug needed in the bedroom area for hair driers,not just on the back of the door having to stand and dry hair (not easy). Theatre Stay Over
Greeted by lovely staff members who were extremely helpful. Room was fabulous although would have loved a canal view :). Didn't have enough tea bags so suggest a few more in the room as only 2 but reception sorted for us and obtained more - thank you. Would DEFINITELY stay there again if we visit Birmingham. Breakfast was excellent as well. Highly Recommended.
