Friendly and helpful staff. Everything was ready for only an hours notice of arrival. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. A lovely fragrance upon entering. Food and drinks were great.

The staff here are so kind. We try to stay at this location when we are in Binghamton- every staff member from the dining room to custodial to front desk has been so nice.

Hotel itself was pretty decent, but as soon as you walk out, lots of homeless begging in the lot and even saw one shooting drugs next to the building. I’m sure not much the hotel can do about it. Just be prepared
