However we stayed at the end of September and our room was very hot. We were unable to open widow all the way. And the thermostat did not work to cool the room. No staff, no coffee-maker in the rooms and, deal-breaker for me, ZERO ventilation in the rooms and a window that wouldn't open. I don't know if I was unlucky or if all rooms have non-opening windows. It was hot enough on a 17C day, must be hell by 30C. And STUFFY."

"This is a large hotel but when we arrived there was no sign of life. Eventually, we found a guy cutting the grass who phoned his boss and managed to get the key. The restaurant was closed too so we had to go elsewhere to find a meal which could have been tricky in this rather remote location. However we did find a restaurant only about 15 minutes away.
