"If you are looking for a night over after landing (after yet another Ryanair delayed flight that saw us arriving post midnight) in Milan or looking for a place to base yourself, then this is worth your consideration. Nothing to fault and they support local people with special needs with work in the hotel and it was spotless! Self service check in was great and works for those less social arrival times. Best to contact the hotel to arrange car parking, it took the headache out of finding a car park locally. "

"This area of Bergamo is amazing and you are in the center of the upper city at this hotel. The staff was over and beyond at welcoming guests. The accommodations are wonderful. A mix of the old of the structure with some modern fixtures and conveniences. Very clean and and the breakfast was perfect. So close to many restaurants and stores. Plus the views from the upper city to the lower are magnificent. "

"The hotel is perfectly placed for exploring Bergamo and has a lot of cafes.and bars near by. But the fsct that you have no receptionist, except on the phone, means if you have any problems or issues you can't get them sorted. Check in is do e through an email link and yiu then get codes.to access both the main entrance and your room, I personally wiuld classmit more.as an Air B&B than a hotel. But the room was spotlessly clean, as.werw the stairways.and hall areas, and very comfortable."
