"We really enjoyed our stay at Melia Benidorm – It’s got a great feel to it with a lovely pool area, just a couple of minor issues. "Cleaner esther was a lovely lady we were in room 727 the lifts could be a bit of a pain getting use to them some of the food in the restaurant was look warm, plates were not warm, soup bowls very hot a decent selection of foods but bacon at breakfast was not the best, eggs a bit dry, chips look warm we did inform reception other people complaing has well i would give the hotel a 4*star rating but with the restaurant food problems 3*"
