"Beautiful property, great staff. Our waiter Mr Gladney was superb, he knew everything on the menu so well & enjoyed our amazing lunch because of him and also the chefs at Taj. We also loved Mr Cedric the Singer at the hotel, every evening at the pub he saw lovely classic & modern songs , we loved his singing. "Lovely staff and a nice pool but some communication issues between the morning staff and the cleaning team - had to ask several times for clean towels and bedding as they kept putting the originals back dirty, eventually ended up speaking ti the owner who fixed it promptly. A shame it came to that as otherwise the staff were exceptional, even helping us sort a 6am taxi for our last day at a reasonable price. The Bengali speaking staff were exceptionally helpful. Would love to stay here again. "

"This is a great place to stay. It is very close to the heart of Benaulim, being approximately 5 minutes walk to the centre of town in one direction and about a 10 minute walk to the beach in the other direction. The town offers a wide choice of places to eat and drink, bars and a variety of shops, money exchange etc. and also 2 travel agents. "They don't seem to have any professional front office, service or housekeeping staff. Very poor room service choice and nothing really offered in the inclusive "buffet" breakfast, makes it a poor stay. No room cleaning offered in the 2N/3D stay. Seems more geared for package holiday international tourists with no service standard expectations. Very close to the beach (10 min walk/ 2 min drive) however, though no view of the sea."
