"There aren’t enough good things I could say about this place! My fiancée and I checked in late, and were provided very easy instructions for our after-hours check-in. There were cookies and a bucket of ice waiting for us in the lobby upon our arrival which was a very pleasant surprise, and they were even playing soft Christmas music to add to the already comfy atmosphere. Our room was immaculate! Extremely spacious, private balcony, HUGE bathtub, extraordinarily comfortable bed, the list goes...

"The property was well kept, the restaurant staff extremely friendly as well as the cleaning staff. The front desk was also helpful and friendly. The only issue was when we tried to get a late check out due to a flight delay I booked 2 rooms and I am a “good member” I would be able to get a 2 hour extension, however our friends could not. Then, when we returned from breakfast and it was slightly past 12:00 our room had been locked and I had to get housekeeping to unlock our room."

"Nice property that is getting remodeled, so we stayed in the renovated section, it was nice - but for a family of 5 they charge for use of the pull out sofa (not disclosed in the booking) and pay for parking per night as well. Food was amazing for dinner and for breakfast they had made to order breakfast! "

"We checked in at about 11PM, and I was worried that the front desk would not be happy about that. But our reception was as cordial and polite as could be. We chose this hotel for its proximity (walking distance) to Discovery Kingdom, but it has many other good things to offer. The heated pool and hot tub were both nice to enjoy after a long day of walking.
