Service from the owner was amazing. The place is a little old but the service from the owner Lindsay made up for it.

在網路平台已完成訂房、繳費，雖出示「確認號碼」，民宿業者卻說未接到訂單，折騰半小時後，才勉強進住。另，發現房間沒有電視遙控器，找櫃台服務人員卻不在，最後依告示電話連絡相關人員，先後撥了3次電話，費時近半小時，才姍姍派員送達，服務品質實在有待加強。

一些民宿分租倒閉的溫泉旅館，大樓老舊，房間設備也很老舊，尤其是廁所和床墊，希望經營者可以把硬體提升一些

大環境、員工一般！但房間安排很不ok，我訂2間房未安排在左右或附近竟然是被安排在一個在樓前一個在最後一間（中間隔十幾間房）！又沒有電話可以互相連絡！建議大家要訂2間以上的房就換別家旅店吧！

實惠價格的溫泉住宿
住在溫泉大厦裡面,可以直接下樓泡湯還有spa,一樓也有提供洗衣機跟烘衣機（需要各50元）對於已經從綠島玩四天的我非常方便洗衣繼續後面行程,溫泉非常的好,還有很特別的烘箱,只可惜開放時間為15:30~21:30

民宿老闆娘服務很好、很貼心，入住前主動提醒設想周到，還有溫泉可泡，可惜有限使用時段稍微可惜一點，泉質很棒！CP值頗高喔！謝謝。
