"It is a cozy hotel run by a family. All the staffs are super friendly and helpful. The room condition was good and all the facilities ( TV/Air con/ hair dryer / bed) were very good. "We had a really good stay. Sinan and Yunus were magnificent and were always at hand to help. It is within walking distance to old town centre but there are many stairs which would be challenging for people with mobility problems. Our only problem was that plaster flakes were falling from the ceiling. Tahir bey is a taxi driver who works with the hotel and he is exceptionally trustworthy and reliable for taking you out on a tour of Mardin and surrounds at a great price. "
