"The hotel is ok for a short stay, especially if you are doing a road trip. However, note that it is far from Bayonne and the area where it is located is basically in the middle of a field, with nothing around (no shops nor restaurants). Other than that, it is safe, has free parking, and good wifi. Rooms are okay, not small."

"The area is absolutely beautiful the location the hotel is excellent however I think needs some keep up. The whole structure is getting old and needs some maintenance. The parking it cost €30 a day."

"This is a majestic old (but updated) hotel with excellent service. They gave us a tour of the facility and explained all the available services. The whirlpool, sauna, and steam room were all included in the price of the room. They even upgraded our room to ocean view! What incredible service at an incredible hotel. "

"I was in Biarritz for just one night and this was an awesome place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for what I needed, a comfortable bed, very clean, and amazing location. I easily walked to town and to all the beaches from this location. I would definitely stay here again! The breakfast is also worth getting. Many thanks!"

"Flo Bernard was excellent at checking me in, helping with parking and great restaurant suggestions. Parking is very easy right below hotel. In a perfect location right by the beach and shopping. And the FREE breakfast was amazing. I had a city view room that was very modern. I also saw the ocean view rooms and suites, amazing . "

"Stay here regularly but the parking has just got so bad. Can hardly find a space and the advertised car chargers are either being used or blocked by cars not even using them"
