Great indoor pool & spa and small outside pool.Underground parking was tricky - not clear how to access it - description of procedure on website would be helpful (waiting area in blue bays outside) then check in to get the code to access the parking. The main issue was a lack of air con in the apartment (wrongly assumed it would be included in a newish building). Consequently the ground floor apartment was stuffy and a bit unpleasant.

Good basic Appart’hotel. Rooms were spacious enough and the outdoor pool was nice for a dip. The indoor pool with sauna etc definitely gave the standard of the hotel a boost. Nice 1 mile walk along the coastline into the city centre, or the bus stop is close to the hotel. Areas for improvement/watch-outs….. our room was not cleaned once in 4 days. The amenities were pretty basic for an Appart’hotel - for 4* you would expect ac in the rooms but sadly not (reception loaned us a fan). Contrary to the info on the booking- no parasols are but the pool area and earned- there is no food/drink provision after breakfast. Finally, remember they’ll hold a 150euro deposit to ensure you leave the appt “tidy” - so make sure you do. Would stay here again but the above points would improve the overall experience.

Great hotel, good condition, everything worked as intended and it was comfortable. However if you stay on side of the road it’s way to noisy, very loud cars and motorcycles, not forgetting the glas container that was emptied at 7:30 am. The biggest issue is if you stay in summer, no A/C makes it very uncomfortable, the heat is way too much to handle. The staff helped us, did what they could to assist so a big compliment here, they managed to get us a better room. Still, when temperatures go up I wouldn’t make this my favorite destination, it’s beautiful though.

Great location but why no air conditioning?
Very strange to find a newly built hotel with NO AIR CONDITIONING! The receptionist kindly lent us a fan which helped a little. There was no extractor fan in the toilet either, which meant it smelled pretty bad. The location is fantastic and the views of the sea are stunning. At the end of our stay, we were expected to clean the apartment, strip the beds and remove all rubbish. Not a major problem but we weren’t expecting this.

Our room was rather dirty The kettle was filthy and had a brown skin on bottom of it , the pots hadn’t been washed by previous occupants . The tiled floor was dirty and walls covered in marks When we reported this to receptionist we were told this is the normal for dirty walls and floors and they done nothing about it The toilet brush was filthy and toilet was dirty The bedroom door couldn’t close because it hit the bed There is no exterior lighting to property and passageways can be very dark at nighttime Reception says open to 8pm was closed earlier twice during stay cause staff were in the gym working out

Mi aspettavo di meglio. Il complesso della struttura è dotato di piscina ed altri servizi, come descritto nella presentazione, compresa la perfetta e completa dotazione della cucina; ma gli orari di apertura della reception sono molto limitati e l’appartamento, anche troppo spazioso, era al piano terra con possibilità di accesso per animaletti e zanzare. L’aria condizionata disattivata. Il letto principale era stato ricavato da uno scomodo divano letto. Insomma, poca qualità in relazione al prezzo!

L'hôtel est convenable. Par contre la literie du canapé lit n'est pas bonne, donc évitez un appart pour 6 avec canapé lit. Et le petit déj bien le prévoir avant car l'accueil nous a refusé l'accès au petit déjeuner le matin à 09h car il fermait à 09h30! Incroyable...

Seul bémol, c'est une residence nommée appart hotel, et le ménage de fin de séjour n est pas inclus, et le check out necessite de prendre rv pour l inventaire de depart...ce qui n est pas tres souple et convivial pour une residence 4 etoiles... Message à destination d hotel.com, votre descriptif concernant les services est encore erroné, le menage quotidien n est pas assuré contrairement à ce qui est noté...c est une option
