"I couldn't believe how beautiful the resort was. The bungalows provide a treetop view that was breathtaking every morning. Like waking up in the sky. When you get behind the gated resort its like another world and the staff were so nice, on time and available for anything you asked for it was like we paid for butler service. Eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the sky overlooking a view that should have cost way more than we were charged never got old. After a night stay i was ready to go home because we missed our daughter but upon leaving me and my husband were both happy and sad. Happy because God allowed us to travel and experience such beauty on this earth and sad because we were not going to wake up to the peace, beauty, and natural sounds of nature we had come to enjoy. "

I have a problem with my knees and can not climb too many stairs. But my driver assisted me in every step of the way, and it was only because of him that I was able to explore so many wonderful places which I could not explore on my own. Putra, I want you to know that your kindness has not gone unappreciated. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your exceptional service. And every time I come to Ubud, I want you to be my driver. The other person I wanted to mention is Listia, who made me feel so welcomed when I first entered the property. She went above and beyond to make sure that my room is to my liking. Truly exceptional service that I have not seen anywhere else. Every single person here is an absolute gem and their service is truly praiseworthy. It’s because of the wonderful people here at Udaya that I extended my stay and I can not wait to come back to Bali and stay at Udaya again."
