I particularly appreciated the hotel’s taxi service, which offered reasonable prices and made it convenient to access the nearby ferry terminal and restaurants. The service overall was good, and I enjoyed the excellent coffee at the breakfast buffet. However, I was disappointed to find ants appearing on the table while I was eating breakfast, which detracted from the experience."

"The in hotel spa was not good. At 10pm they rejected body massage when last booking is 11pm and they close at 1230. So we booked ourselves 60mins foot massage. They brought us to a room to lay down as they claimed there were no more seats available. Massaging foot lieing down was uncomfortable and not good. The masseuses were not skilful and they even asked for tips. Other than that the hotel environment, staff and buffet breakfast were great!!! "

"The romantic suite setup was elegant and clean, great for couple stay. Will be more enjoyable if bathrobes are provided. The breakfast selection was good but some food quality can be improved. Downside is location, shopping area is not in walking vicinity, but transportation like grab is very available. "

"I like the big size of the deluxe room which comes with a bath tub. We had a great time there. The staff are very nice and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. "
