"We had a short but wonderful stay! The two concierges, Sergio and Stephanie could not have been more friendly and welcoming and both were extremely helpful in addressing every question and need we had. When we arrived, there was an issue with our room but they quickly addressed it offering a free upgrade and amenities to ensure our stay was as good if not better than what we had originally planned.
