All attractions are at walkable distance. Elizabeth, at the front desk was just fantastic. She was great assisting us with the best places to eat and places to shop what we were looking for. Pleasant all the time as well as the whole staff.

The location, staff and room were amazing. Very helpful and attentive staff that helped with my lost baggage. The room was clean and cozy with enough room to stretch out and relax. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would definitely book this hotel again whenever I come back!

Hotel itself was fine for the price …. Just in a sketchy area! Drug addicts and homeless area! Wish we would have known of the area before hand… didn’t feel safe walking to and from hotel!

Good for the price in BCN for the end of June
The cleanness of the room should be improved (even under the bed). From the pictures on the website, it was not shown that the sink and the shower were in the middle of the bedroom (shower fenced by transparent glasses) without an efficient vapor fan. This cause the entire room to be steamy when taking a shower, and force you to turn on the AC (not very eco-friendly). Anyway the staff was very kind and available to satisfy all other needs.

Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile, c’è stato un piccolo intoppo con la stanza e loro hanno provveduto subito ad un rimedio, molto cordiali. Consiglio assolutamente, comoda anche la posizione essendoci la fermata della metro a 3 minuti a piedi e la fermata dell’aerobus a 10 minuti a piedi. Davvero comodo, unica pecca per la posizione, se siete ragazze che fate serata e tornate tardi muovetevi con Uber e fatevi lasciare il più davanti possibile all’hotel essendo situato in una vietta, ma niente di troppo allarmante

Hotel ben oltre le mie aspettative, visto le molteplici recensioni negative. Ma non ostante ciò devo dire che la camera è molto pulita, le asciugamani vengono cambiate ogni giorno, all’interno della camera si trovano shampoo e saponi per le mani e il corpo. L’hotel offre molti servizi inclusi come il Wi-Fi e la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in hotel anche dopo il check out, in modo da poter visitare per l’ultima volta la città a piedi senza ingombri. Personale sempre cortese e gentile.
