"The place was near restaurants. We walked and chose where we ate. The area was quiet the place was not that clean to our standards but it’s okay. There was a washing machine if you want to wash your clothes and you can dry the clothes a small balcony. Nobody at the check in counter all communication were in the iPad. "Check in was a hassle coz there is no one to help. Self check in and took me half an hour to find my reservation. It kept saying I have no reservation. All communications are done through email. No actual person to ask if you have problems. When you call the number listed on the desk, it says the number is not in service."

"The hotel was amazing and in a great location, got to experience alot of Asakusa and was fortunate to be there for the Samaba festival. And the staff was amazing also had some unfortunate family matters arise and had to make some changes regarding my trip and they were very helpful and understanding and very expedite with helping will gladly stay again"

"Staff was very helpful in calling for taxis. Close to lots of stores and restaurants. Initially when we checked in, the air con had a funky, musty odor, which after a few hours went away. Rooms were a little small for American type folks. For the price, it was a good deal!"

"I stayed here as this hotel is only an exit away from my brother, and I will absolutely stay here again. The hotel staff I dealt with spoke enough English for me to check in and understand the house rules, and the rooms themselves are small but comfy. The only thing I can find someone having an issue with could be the pillows as they're a little heavy. Note they do have a spa, but i was advised to make sure, since I have tattoos, that i was there either alone or just not go in at all. The hotel has a free soda fountain and alcohol that you have access to DAILY and breakfast in the morning. The slippers they offered in the rooms are uncomfortable so I'd pack your own. The location overall was perfect, as I was a 2 minute walk from two malls, a 3 min walk to the Kitasenju station, surrounded by food options, thrift store locations, and there's a DonQuijote and a Daiso that are walking distance. 10/10 would stay again "

"The location is excellent - as is the Happy Hour and the breakfast. Parking was downstairs and really convenient and for only 1500¥ a night. On the downside the rooms are quite cosy and so happy we are small people with small suitcases."
