"Hotel do Canal is our favorite hotel in Faial. The staff are warm and friendly. The accommodations are nice and spacious. It is pretty handicap accessible and offers onsite gym, tours, multi-lingual staff, and delightful restaurant! We had dinner to which no detail had been overlooked and a great wine list was available. We also always enjoy a delightful breakfast with local offerings and general European cuisine.
