Lovely hotel on Pico island great breakfast included. Beds are on the firmer side and parking might be a bit of a challenge in peak times but would stay again for sure. Pool area looked great too.

The property itself is a little dated but the staff keep it clean. I was pleasantly surprised that the breakfast buffet had very fresh selection of fruits and hot food. For the price point, I would stay here again. The hotel also accommodates transfers around the island for a fee, but it's very convenient to set up instead of looking for a taxi.

Wow, this hotel has some of of the best hotel staff I have experienced (the bartender was a bit maudlin for 11pm on a Saturday), amazing location, great pool and lots of breakfast. My air conditioner was leaking - they came and fixed it and even left me an extra large towel if it acted up.

It is a nice hotel with an abundant breakfast buffet. Unfortunately we had a room with view of the parking lot. We could change to a suite but had to pay €40 per nicht extra. There are rooms with a view on the pool. These are so much better. I guess if you make a booking with Expedia they give you the cheapest room even though you pay the full price.

The most depressing hotel we have experienced. The hotel staff was unresponsive, excluding the maids. The beds are extremely hard and like sleeping on a rock. The breakfast was simply unedidble.

The hotel is clean, rooms pretty spacious. Easy and convenient walk to ferry. We would have really enjoyed the bar being open in the afternoon, but it was closed for lunch from 13-17 (very typical for small local places). Since it’s a bigger hotel we were surprised to find it closed. We enjoyed the front desk person who agreed to drive us to and from Sao Roque even though it was a festival night.

Das Hotel scheint aus einem alten Kloster entstanden zu sein. Es roch nach kaltem Rauch. Das Bad ist ok allerdings fiel der Überlauf in der Wanne ab und die Fugen sind schimmelig. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt. Das Frühstück ist ok und ausreichend aber Vorsichtig beim Saft der flockt aus. Wir haben das Hotel gebucht, da wir einen Tagesausflug nach Faial gemacht haben. Würden nächste mal anders planen. Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht
