"This hotel and the women who worked at the front desk were amazing! The room was absolutely enormous and so cozy and clean. I spent the morning doing a beach cleanup in absolutely horrid weather… Strong wind, rain, and freezing cold. When I got to the hotel, I took a hot bath and the tub was so deep and it was just perfect! I was able to unwind to the fullest before heading back out for the evening. It is also pet friendly and they offered me a dog bed at check in! I didn’t need one but it was a nice perk. I do suggest that if you’re sensitive to sounds, bring ear plugs. The sea lions will sing you a song in the morning. That being said, they do make a point of letting you know that sound travels easily and to be considerate of neighbours / quiet time. Although the room next to me had a family and two dogs, and I didn’t hear them much at all! The hotel is within walking distance from quite a few local businesses and has nice views from the balcony. I will absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Ukee."

"I love staying at the property because it's beautiful, private, dog-friendly, well-equipped with essentials, heated flooring, king bed, early check-ins, friendly staff and great patios. What would make it even better are extra blankets to bring onto the patio while watching the waves and a burner to have the option to make a meal on those longer stays. It was a wonderful stay! "We had an awesome fall visit to Argo’s Landing! Our room was lovely with a beautiful view of the water. The room is basic, four beds, good size bathroom, fridge and dining kind of area. This spot is easy to get to the Pacific Rim National Park Reserve and other beautiful trails. It’s super convenient to get the water taxi right from the dock over to West Bamfield! We also loved the cafe in town. So much to see around this area! Liz provided lots of great recommendations too. Looking forward to visiting again. "

"Nifty two storey cabin close enough to walk to Little Beach and the lighthouse loop for family with teens. Appreciated the wifi, kitchen, pullout couch, and homey feel. "
