"Had an issue with my room door rubbing at the top-had a piece come off. Turned the piece on to the staff at the front desk. And the elevators are loose where the button panel is. The whole thing was rocking back and forth. Need to spend time on maintenance/repairs. Other than that, everything was awesome!"
