One morning, we were on the way to the car and a staff person walked by carrying a long board, smiling broadly, and said, "time to go rescue a baby racoon!". Sure enough, a baby racoon was stuck in a dumpster. My husband and I just looked at each other like "is this for REAL?" I think the all the staff really love working there! "
"Clean and quiet. Beautiful surroundings and a great view. Good indoor or outdoor pools as well as several other activity areas for children. Lighted pathways that are easy to travel. A condo unit that was well stocked, very nice, and comfortable. Friendly staff and easy check in/check out."
"This hotel has charm, with fireplaces in the rooms and a beautiful log and stone wall in the breakfast area. There is also outdoor seating and a great outdoor pool. It is clean and very well maintained. Many of the guests return here each year and are very friendly. There are cute shops right by the hotel and a small craft market. It is a calm quiet area, right across from an orchard, but still close to Fish Creek. I would definitely stay again. This hotel made our Door County trip extra special. "
