"Great location near to Stadion Letzigrund where we watched one of the Euro 2025 football matches. After flight delays / rerouting, plus the arrival day being my birthday, we arrived after a long journey to be greeted by a very friendly reception chap, who gave us a free drink in the bar and breakfast voucher. Most welcome - thank you. Room was clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The air conditioning was great as it was very hot weather. "

"We arrived in Zurich after a long international trip, walked to the hotel from picking up our baggage, slept well, and the next morning had a good breakfast at the hotel. The train station at the airport is walking distance, shopping and restaurants are there. We continued to our destination on the train."

"First and foremost the Staff was very attentive to our needs whether we needed extra pillows, extra blankets, any info or recommendation on sight seeing or restaurants to eat at the staff was great. It was my wife and two 21 year old daughters staying at the Novatel for 5 nights for holiday from the States. . Rooms very clean. Hotel located in a good location. Not very touristy (which we like) but walkable to train station (about 20 minutes). Lots of restaurants to choose from on the walk toward train station. Grocery store across the street 2minute walk. "

"5 out 5 for an airport hotel. But it is noisy, and we knew that going in. This was not our first stay and won’t be our last. Bar staff is THE BEST! "

"Free shuttle pickup from.airport, however 10 francs to take shuttle back. Right next door to mcdonalds. Bakeries and other restaurant walking distance across the street. Also italian restaurant right in hotel. Cool.shower basically next to bed. Auromatic rolladen shutters and super comfy bed 👍 "
