"The room was clean, cozy and nicely decorated. The hotel does not have an elevator so if you are going to stay upstairs then you will need to haul your luggages up the stairs. My reservation included free breakfast and they told my daughter that it’s not, and have them pay for it. "1st day our locks at the door did not work amd they to call in maintenance to repair it. We were checked in the sky king suite. Breakfast was wonderful and staff were all very polite and accomodating. The bathtub had a malfunction that did not drain the water. There was also an occurance where the water stopped working momentarily. The view is to die for!"

"Hotel room- big and comfortable but aircon is old and a bit tricky to manage the temp Bathroom- big! But shower ran out of water for a short time. This is due to many guests taking a bath at the same time. Food- big serving but oily and coffee was bland Limited food as there is limited housekeeping. Noisy as radio is turned on loudly. Overall, room and bathroom are spacious. But i will not stay here to relax."
