"The staff on this place was great. They cleaned everyday during our stay. Communication is through mobile and email. Remember this before booking: this is a room with bathroom. No front desk. "The hotel is located on Gran vía, close to the España plaza. The room is very spacious with a lot of chairs and king size bed. It even have a nice balcony where we relaxed everyday after the various activities. The hotel stuffs were nice and efficient, the breakfast offerings were plenty. Price is very reasonable.
