"The staff are very nice and try their best to resolve any issue one may have. One room had AC/heat issue and we could not turn on the heat. The maintenance came and offered options: changing room, portable electric heat We chose electric heater for night one and changed the room on the next day. Parking was nice and safe. Location was close to the airport and easy access to highways. Breakfast was good with different options. Clean breakfast room. Very nice and friendly staff. "

"Beautiful luxury hotel just outside of downtown Austin. Not far from the airport.Free parking. Beautiful and clean grounds. Friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Complementary bottle of wine was a nice touch. Restaurant also delicious. Definitely recommend."

"Wow. What a dumpster fire. The property is filthy and apparently “under renovation”. If you have men scraping paint off the building and renovation 12 hours a day that should be in HUGE print somewhere prior to letting people make reservations. The manager on duty was filming a Tik Tok video so she couldn’t hear me when I tried to let them know that my AC/Heat was not functioning properly. I was told one room move was all that was allowed, and the manager didn’t know how to make sure the AC/Heat worked so she couldn’t check it for me before I moved rooms. Luckily the second room had a working AC unit. Carpet is so dirty it turned my feet brown - I was to wash my feet and wear my shows in the room to stay clean. The bathrooms have stains and burn marks all over the tubs, dirt is caked into all the corners. So so so gross! The parking is a joke- it cost me an additional $80 for a 2 night stay to visit my mother for her birthday, and I got to watch a group of 3 boys with 2 cars parked next to me be told not to worry about paying the fee as the only way they would get towed is if the manager called in them. Then proceeded to tell them not to worry and go buy themselves some food instead. Wow again. Do yourself a favor and never ever for any reason stay here. I beg of you. Go to a motel 5. Literally anywhere else. "

"We had a great stay at this place. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Upon entry, there was a very strong orange scent. It could be from cleaning deodorizer. All the hallways were filled with this scent. It would be helpful to mention that breakfast ladies might appreciate a small tip in the morning, we would have brought some cash during breakfast. Breakfast items included waffles, toast, bagels, eggs, sausages, cereal etc. The parking lot seems safe. The road leading to the parking lot is an one way expressway off the highway so it is clearly not close to any unsafe neighborhood. There were many markets and restaurants in the area within 5-10 drive. "
