"Lovely hotel close to the 3 main art museums and a gentle stroll to Sol and Plaza Mayor etc. We enjoyed a street art tour of Lavapies which is a short walk away. The indoor pool is a great way to relax after a day of touring. Food wasn’t great (lots of things on the menu were not available but I can’t see how they would have been difficult to pull together) and the service in the restaurant is slow and a bit snappy in some cases. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re really too tired to go anywhere...

"Pros: -really nice, calm decor in the hotel and rooms, perfect vibe aesthetically -powerful shower -spacious bathroom -hotel is a nice space and atmosphere generally -staff at the desk are very kind and welcoming -bottle of water in the fridge -smart tv -location was good, right next to train/tube station and also cheap to get taxis to other parts of the city -soundproofing from outside street noise was amazing (just not inside, see below) Cons: - i read reviews saying the rooms near the lift...
