"The room was good and the staff very helpful. charging a flat 25 euros for breakfast is unacceptable when all we want is coffee and a roll or an egg. It is rather close to the Prado but the neighborhood had few restaurants or cafes and people sleeping on the sidewalk. An area of heavy traffic and little charm. Very close to the Reina Sofia and Atocha Station. Again the staff are very helpful and the room clean and well equipped."

"Really great hotel! Clean, quiet, walkable to all attractions, wonderful restaurants around, and great mattress. The staff was helpful, friendly, and quick. We got back one afternoon and our light was blinking. We called and they immediately sent someone to fix it! Definitely would stay again!"
