"Beautiful stay at the Radisson. Everywhere was clean and all of the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. We went in February but the pools were well maintained and never any issues with getting a sunbed or having somewhere to enjoy a coffee in the sun. Wonderful and relaxing. Great stay and would definitely recommend. This was our first time but we will be back next year!"

"We are genuinely puzzled by some very harsh negative reviews. Yes, the hotel could do with some TLC but it needs to be compared to its Canarian competitors in the same price range. And there we find it good value. We again found it clean enough, bedding and towels changed regularly and with plenty to eat, Large rooms with private balconies nearly all with Sea/Pool views. We had a few maintenance issues, all of which were resolved quickly with the longest taking 48 hours. Food included roast joints, many species of fish, stroganoff, lots of salads, fruit etc. Being mid Atlantic, we would particularly encourage people to try all the varieties of fish even if you have never heard of them. Cost a fortune in UK. Admittedly they are not so good at chips. The staff are friendly and helpful, almost family. Sometimes though they are very busy, there can be 800 guests all wanting breakfast at the same time. They cater to guests from all over Europe so not all the staff are English fluent. Pick quieter times and double check they do understand your English. We tend to use a lot of cliches, idioms and sometimes say “can you” when we mean “will you”. Noise pretty much goes by 11.30pm although the Ents team will get louder as the older winter crowd are replaced by the summer families. Yes, the Spa needs some work but closing it would be a big impact on the guests for that month. Unlike mainland hotels, this hotel is nearly full all year round. And a shout out to Ellis"

"Service of the staff was fabulous. Loved them all. Location was fantastic Bar and restaurant were amazing. Room was very clean but only the towels replaced and the beds were made daily. Floors should be vacuumed daily. "

"Apartments are lovely. Very basic but perfect for what you need. Comfy and clean. We only used one pool area but good enough. Sunbeds aren’t that many and some people on the ground floor put theirs at their balcony doors and expect us not to take them when they weren’t using them (no towels etc). Location wise it was a good walk to shops etc and paths are slippy when wet leading down the roads. Bar food was cheap. Room was very spacious. Shower not great pressure or temp was the only bad thing. All in all good property. "
