If you're in the hotel or service industry, keep your mood swings in check and do your best to be patient with your guests. Otherwise, everything was very good at this hotel. "Poorly lit room, and NO Air Conditioning. Windows in room were open upon our arrival and room was full of mosquitoes. Pillows were lumpy and paper thin. Mattress was thin memory foam, not comfortable. Staff was absolutely indifferent to our business and our presence in the hotel. Generally just not a good place for an American traveler to feel welcome or physically comfortable. "
