"From the minute I walked in the door, the staff was beyond nice and helpful! It’s a beautiful hotel with plenty of thing to do around it, a lot that is walkable as well… the staff will text you throughout your stay to make you are okay and don’t need anything which was such a plus for me, I had a pretty late flight on checkout day so they tagged my luggage for me so I didn’t have to drag it along all day. Just an overall great experience and the view from my room was amazing! I will most definitely be back for sure! "

"The staff were genuinely welcoming and the vibe was relaxed and cozy with a bit of luxury! Note: I felt we got an excellent price for a beautiful, very clean, very comfy, well sized room (I think about $130ish per night) so I was truly OK to overlook 2 issues: We were on the 17th floor not far from the rooftop lounge and our door made an intermittantly loud knocking/settling noise- presumably due to air pressure when other people opened and closed the door to the rooftop. Also, the pool was completely out of service during our stay (peeking in, it would have been lovely to enjoy). So call ahead to get more clarity on these issues if they are deal breakers. Otherwise it's by far the best place I've stayed for the money within the past year or so!"
