"It was a horrible experience, I showed up at midnight due to a flight delay to an empty lobby where I waited and rung the bell, called the contact number left on the counter with no response. I had to go next door to the filthiest 1970’s hotel for $295. Fortunately for me when O called to complain about the service the Gentleman working that morning comped a room for that night which really saved me a headache"

"This is a beautiful resort. Many pools to choose from, towels were always stocked. Friendly staff. We had a great time."

"Terrible stay! Will be demanding a significant refund. Here 4 ‘and five days. On all five days we complained that there was no hot water, and we had to go to the front desk to do that because on all five days, they never answered their phone connection to the front desk. One desk clerk said that she was the only one there and didn’t have time to answer the phone. That’s absurd. Only decent thing was the swimming pool."

"Check in was quick, but front dest worker was not very warm and provided no information about what the hotel offered. Check out was better. As for the room, the room was average, but the refrigerator did not work, the water pressure in the shower was weak. "

"This was the wrost homewood i have ever stayed at. The breakfast was cold and no one kept up with restocking breakfast. There was no elevator, had to carry all our luggage up to the 4th floor. They made us wait 1 hour in the lobby saying our room wasn't ready. When we finally got to our room It was still dirty and hot ,the cooler was set to a certain temp and they would not go lower.it was a bad experience that cost me1200.00 there was broken doors and no body wash in the showers and we found a bug in the restroom, the maintenance guy just told us it wont make us itch. It wasn't a fun weekend at all. All the surfaces look like they haven't been wiped in a while,they had dust and the dishes had old food stuck on them. Also just one old pan in the kitchen. When i tried to complain, they only told me they will give me points. Like that will help the situation "
