"I have stayed in over 1200 hotels in my life. THIS WAS THE WORST. STAY AWAY!!!! A power surge took out my laptop while I was in my room. This is obviously a huge problem. Staff were worse than useless with that problem and other requests. I asked them to recommend a computer repair place and they suggested a cell phone store. An Uber driver said it was "stupid" and took me to a computer repaid place. I asked their staff to recommend a gym (see below) and they recommended one over 1 km away....

"Location is the main draw, right in the middle of downtown Salta. All is walkable. We hired a car and we could park right in the front of the building, but if you arrive around the time that the schools go out, you might have to park somewhere else first. Room itself is fairly small, but ok for a couple of days. "

"Room was comfortable, had a porch, ac, kitchen, and bidet. There is a cafe next to the building. Gym has a leg curl, leg extension, lat pull down, preacher curl and a universal. The negative is that there is one clip and no handles for the universal. there is an outdoor patio off the gym with a jacuzzi but the water was not inviting. All in all, very good place for the money. "

"This hotel is a joke. Literally. You will laugh at its multiple failures. The whole thing is this sleek modern designer fantasy, where every aspect from the talking elevator ("gracias por su visita!" real Hitchhiker's Guide robot cheeriness) to the stove has been designed as if there were no standards developed in any culture, and the only thing that mattered was glass and metal. There were a couple of folks at the front desk who seemed sort of in charge when we arrived, even though Expedia...

There was some confusion about actually entering the property-I had expected instructions to come through Expedia but they were sent in a WhatsApp message -so you need to check them. We hadn’t had any phone service all day so hadn’t received the messages but it was all fine in the end "
