"The property location was excellent. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and, bathroom was clean and water pressure was perfect. The front desk staff was very courteous. Tea, coffee, cookies, water, juice, cake was there all the time for the guests. Breakfast was very good. The hot tub and sauna was available 24 hours which was so good and relaxing. Right in the Golden circle area so very convenient for seeing the major sites in this part of Iceland. "The property was unique in its location on a peninsula. It was interesting, warm, unique. Loved the in room sauna and private hot tub which we paid extra for. A major con is that we repeatedly had to chase other guests out of our PRIVATE hot tub. No dining options mid week and nothing really nearby. No microwave. "Our stay at this hotel over New year was nothing but a pleasure, from the minute we stepped into the hotel to the minute we left we were always welcomed. We even seen the northern lights on NYE!
