"We had a great stay. Initially we were in an apartment which had a broken sofa bed so that was a problem because we had to use it for our kids. But we were moved to another apartment after a couple of nights and while it was a bit of a pain, we liked the new apartment so it was fine. So good communication from admin. "This is the best apartment hotel experience in the Baltics. Rooms are specious, with good sturdy beds(unlike other places with featherweight ikea beds). The soundproofing is also good - i didnt hear other people in their rooms. Facilities are new and nice, has an elevator, checkin/checkout seemless. Have to mention that the checkout time is also noon - a luxury when most places kick you out by 10am. "

"My wife left this hotel in one hour after check-in, as soon as she saw the room. The room was dirty, air-conditioner didn't work etc. As a result, she had to find a new accommodation in Tallinn, late in night. The hotel was paid for 5 days, but according to Expedia agent answer, the property manager refused to make a refund and Expedia didn't refund us. DON'T BOOK AND DON'T CONSIDER THIS PLACE."

"There were few details one needs to consider, the stairs to the mezzanine level are steep and very slippery, it’s also uncomfortable to get to the bed. Light switch is so far that you can not switch it off from the bed. The WiFi and TV did not work in my room. There was 0 communication before my stay. However, the staff at arrival was polite and communicative. The flat was really clean and it was great to have a stove and a fridge. If you have any mobility issues, it’s not suitable for you. "

"It is located in the bottom area of the old town and is a short walk to many bars and restaurants located there. It bigger than a hotel room and the small kitchen allows you to make small meals. There is cutlery, plates, bowls and cooking utensils. An ideal base camp to explore the city but not a place to sit in comfort "

"This is a very minimal rental, so don't expect even basic amenities. There were two empty soap dispensers, but no hand soap, body soap, shampoo or conditioner; no wash cloths or a bath mat. No towel hooks or anywhere to hang wet towels. I was expecting a sufficiently stocked kitchen, but there was only one drinking glass (with a chip in it), one dirty baking sheet, and one pot. Dish towels, paper towels, an oven mitt, and bottle opener were all notably absent. Also the fridge is very small...

"When you book a cheap hotel you expect that at least the basic boxes are ticked. Well, they ticked all the basic boxes you need. Also, the hotel is new and modern with large windows, which was very nice. I didn't have any service as it was self-check-in. However, when you look into the details you might find some issues. "This was my first time traveling to Tallinn, so I was a bit nervous. The staff was always incredibly kind and helpful. The design modern and well done and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen in my travels. It was less than a 10 min walk to old town, but the hotel itself had pretty good dining options. I'll definitely be staying here on my next vist!"

Great place to stay

"Very modern and great value for money. Close to the Old Town and public transport. There’s also a vending machine which was easy to use with great options including hot food. The room itself was very modern, there was no TV in the room there’s really no need for one as there is a shared one in the common area on each floor. "
