"Maybe it’s lost in translation, maybe our room wasn’t correctly prepared. Expedia has among its amenities bathrobe and slippers, but there were none in the room. Their website specifies “ The library and magazines in your room where you can read about the history of wine, events, cellar tours, tastings and the grape harvest in our vineyard.” There was none of that in the room and was not given information either when checking in. Not sure even if that is only offered during certain times of...
"The cleanliness was on point and the cleaning lady was really nice. Reception was alright, but I had to wait 2 days for someone to come and fix the shower cable, after I had told them 3 times.
Even after the shower cable was ‘fixed’ though, there was still water coming out of the shower plate, which developed a small flooding each time I would shower.
That, I had told them too.
They did offer another room, but I was staying just for 3 nights, so I declined.

"Our one-night stay here will always be a nice memory - Apulian hospitality at its best.
We also booked the tasting dinner which was the best we could do. Lovely atmosphere with candlelight, real local countryside food, amazing flavors and wonderful presentation. All is very high quality.
Rooms are sophisticatedly furnished, beds are really comfortable.
The only suggestions I'd have is to keep the jacuzzi heated for autumn evenings, would be a wonderful experience.

The staff were fantastic - they were available at any time, and the rooms were cleaned every day. It's a family-run business, so the staff are very friendly. We are coming back! "Excellent B&B for the price. Fabia was great to communicate with. The bed was comfortable and soft. Room was very clean. Wifi was a bit spotty. Breakfast was fine, with Coffee maker and pastries. Walking distance to the Aqua-duct, the James Bond bridge in No Time to Die. There is a nice restaurant across the street to get pizza. Thanks for your hospitality. We had a nice rest and stay."

"Great property, but it is helpful to have a car. Taxis are very expensive. Bus to Bari is a doable option.
David was helpful at the pool and reception bar. Breakfast is well managed —and tasty. Cleaning staff was helpful and kind. Antonio in animation was EXTREMELY helpful with kids! "
