Deluxe room on top floor smells musty, bugs flying in the room. Bathroom and toilet have glass door so there is no privacy if two people are traveling together. We asked our room to be changed, manager tried his best to delay changing the room, made us wait 4 hours. Eventually we were changed to a city view Jr suite room, which fixed some of the above mentioned issues. Even this room is run down, bathroom door is crooked & barely closes, mini bar is not stocked, no after hour coffee...
