"Had a great stay at the NH Collection Quito Royal. The front desk set us up with a driver to do some sightseeing at the last minute, and the driver was great. They conveniently held our bags after we checked out, and even offered us a late check out (one hour) for free. Room was spacious and clean, and water pressure was perfect. It was easy to get taxis/ubers as well. Would definitely stay there again!"

They helped me when I left my cell phone on the Uber car, they gave me late check out option, arranged restaurant reservation and car service…. I am happy to see that bathroom supplies are in refillable bottles instead of those tiny plastic ones. And the room service meal has good healthy options. It’s a large hotel with many guests, but I felt personable connection with the staff. "
