I had the pleasure of staying at Executive Inn and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment i walked in, the service was outstanding. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process. The room itself was a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The cleanliness was impeccable, and I appreciated the attention to detail, with fresh towels, high-qualities toiletries. The Hotel’s location is also ideal- centrally located, Making it east to explore Disneyland, knott’s berry farm.whether you want to relax in the hotel or head out for sightseeing, its perfect base. Overall, Executive Inn Anaheim provided an unforgettable experience. Whether for business or leisure, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to anyone visiting the area. I can’t wait to return!

“Great Stay Near Disney” I almost didn’t know what to expect at first, but this hotel was a pleasant surprise ! As they Say “Don’t judge a book by its cover”, because everything inside was fantastic. The location is perfect for Disney visitors, just a short drive away, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated the amenities. Overall, a great stay, and I would definitely return !

This property is full of cockraches. The sheets had stains. The bathroom had thick layers of grime. Completely unsanitary conditions. We left the property early and were promised a refund. They then declined the refund and did not return our security deposit. Do not stay here.

The area was beyond unsafe. The condition in the room was dangerous and unsafe. My door opens without even needed a key to unlock it. There was ANTS in the bathroom wall. Stains all over the place. Homeless on each side of the street. Just a Subway in walking distance and it closes at 7pm. This place should be CONDEMNED! I will never go there again and feel robbed of $88 dollars. Plus the deposit fee of $50, DEPOSIT FOR WHAT?!?!

worst hotel ever! upon checking into room, all the beds sheets and pillows had hair everywhere and all the furniture had disgusting stains. the bathroom tub was encased with mold all around and the sink structure was falling apart. the towels had stains and there was no hot water (ran the water for 40 minutes straight and only cold water came out). brought these issues up with the front desk and they said they would clean in the morning (well it was around 5pm till when they got to cleaning). after coming back to the room after they “cleaned” I went to the bathroom and there were coachroaches all over including a few spiders. Asked to cancel and receive a refund and was told to stay the night in a different room so I could speak with a manager in the morning to receive a full refund. If I left, he said I might not get the refund. waited till the morning to speak with a manager and it was the same front desk agent (Peter). he told me they could refund the rest of my stay but still charged me for two nights. I asked to speak with the manager and was told there wasn’t one to speak to. Peter also refused to give me the managers contact info and told me to take my concerns to expedia instead. Additionally, the room they changed us to also had pink and black mold all over the bathtub as well and there was hairballs throughout.

First of all the first room we stayed in reeked of cigarettes. The comforter had dark stains in plain sight. The outside of the toilet bowl had a streak of old blood on it, clear it had not been cleaned. The shower water was lukewarm at best. We switched rooms and not much had changed. Gross floors, cockroaches, cold water and it’s simply like the rooms aren’t cleaned. Very disappointed

When we arrived we were given a room in which the a/c and tv did not work. We spoke to the staff and they were able to accommodate a new room. Once we entered the new room we quickly checked the a/c and it worked however the tv was not working. We were a bit upset as we were expecting our paid services to work. I would rate it a 5/10

This is by far the worse place we have ever stayed at. It was infested with cockroaches and either fleas or bedbugs. They would not move us into a different room. Nor did they seem to care about the condition of the room. The heath inspector should shut this place down. As well as many unsafe and building code violations.

On the outside the property was average run of the mill motel. I upgraded to the "apartment room" a living area with a kitchenette and separate bedroom. Room in itself was a little better than average and it was spacious. Large 55" TV in living room, however couldn't get ANY channels on it. In the bedroom was a smaller 32" TV equipped with spectrum. So thats where i watched. Kitchenette had absolutely nothing in it. Other that a typical mini-fridge and microwave, there was nothing but a portable hot plate...not even a coffee maker which is actually shown in site pics of the room. Very disappointing. Bathroom had a clogged sink and the TP roll holder wasn't able to hold a roll. Comfortable king bed, though. I got the $20 upgraded room and wasn't able to enjoy any of it. I would have been better off with the very basic room.

Filthy, mold in bathroom, front door lock broken, Roaches, water took long time to heat up and didnt last long once heated!!!! Wifi wasnt working. No phone, no alarm clock. Mini refrigerator froze everything. No way to give it zero stars. Attendant came by room 15 minutes before check out to tell ua it was checkout time. The stay was just horrible. Be warned
