Angelo was an excellent host. Was able to meet me at the agreed time and had everything ready. Gave a really good map with a great hand drawn overview which came in really handy multiple times. Room was really unique and i absolutely love the giant window and plenty of space. Bathroom was clean, and room was cleaned / refreshed if I requested it. Location is amazing with everything you want as a tourist right at your doorstep, but still situated a street back from the noise, hustle and bustle of Amsterdam. Just be warned that the stairs are a bit of a shock and might be a pretty tricky to get up if you have a heavy and bulky bag, but just added to the authenticity of the place. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for something unique and not a boring Hotel room. Not to mention there was nonstop snacks and Stroopwaffels whenever you wanted them. Thanks so much Angelo!

When you first enter, the entrance door or the stairs might scare you. But behind it is a amazing place,with amazing service. Angelo gave us a warm welcome and everything we needed to feel comfortable. And the place was amazing as well. Very nice and clean. Everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend it.

Convenient location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Room amenities are very nice. The only downside is that it has a lot of stairs. They were easily negotiated but could be a problem for some people.

This was a really great location and in traditional accommodation. You do need to climb the traditional Dutch stairs, so pack carefully. But once there Angelo is fantastic, the place spotless and as I say the location perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to come back. Some complimentary drinks topped off a perfect stay

Angelo was great! The room was beautiful! Great space, close to the canal and central area. The balcony was beautiful and a real selling point. My only negative comment is nothing to do with the property, but the street it's on. The street was very dirty with trash strewn about during our stay, and there's a coffee shop just below the bed and breakfast which meant there was some loud yelling and residual scents on some nights of our stay. Overall, our stay was pleasant and Angelo went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
