"What a beautiful property located in the heart of Amsterdam Centrum. The room was wonderful with a gorgeous view of the canal (book the Canal View room if you can)! "Property is located in a very quiet area but provides quick walkable access to all the sites. A Tram stop is also very close if required. Staff were wonderful and helpful. "The hotel is nice a clean. However after checking in I wasn’t informed how to proceed to my room. It is very confusing to find a room. Nobody told me that first I need to take an elevator to the first floor. Then you have to find another eleven to your floor. The hotel has 2 different buildings which has 2 different elevators. I ended up of asking the cleaning lady who helped me. Very confusing for a first time stay and there was nothing mentioned from the hotel staff. Hotel clean and nice but...
